In order to practice a little bit of Natural Language Processing in Python, this project aims at helping teacher to assess discursive questions in Portuguese. They can upload a spreadsheet with questions and answers, select an assessment strategy and download automatic feedbacks and grading suggestions per students. This project uses Python, Django, NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit), and Reddis for background processing.

The XPlain project aims to develop and evaluate an environment to support the execution of exploration tasks on the top of structured data repositories. Although new dimensions of the problem could be revealed along the research, this project covers four initial dimensions: a formal model for information exploration; an abstract model of interface and interaction, independent of implementation; how specific communities share exploration patterns; high performance support for exploration using cloud computing.

Since I assumed the Research and Innovation Board of IFF Guarus, I started this project with my students to both support my students to find internship opportunities and help them in recording their experiences, mostly moved by the need of approaching academy and work field. We have more than 500 students using the platform and starting to approach companies and internship supervisors. We developed the app using NoCode tech and Google App Scripts to integrate with GSheets.

App developed using the Java Android SDK for guiding attendees in expositions. It allows users to navigate, view and interact with booths and expositors. It was validated in three expositions: Craft Design, Expoagro and A Perfect Day for Babies.
